Michigan vs. Penn State.
Re: Michigan vs. Penn State.
BAD michigan team? 3 losses to Notre Dame, Minny, and at Wisky all in the 4th quarter make them a bad team??? They could lose 5 still (OSU and Iowa are still on the schedule). They could win out. They have a solid defense and they have a pretty good offense. Henne, Hart, Avant, and Manningham are pretty stinking talented... The injuries to the OL could kill them though.

Yes, I believe I saw many people on here call Michigan a bad team. Also, how many people on this board picked PSU to win? Maybe you can figure that one out for me, Coach. I'd say a good 90-95%. Yes, bad is what many people on this board called Michigan. They called their coach bad, too. They said he has seen his better days. They definitely got proved wrong. Personally, do I think Michigan is a bad team? No, I'm just mocking all the other people on this board that are so-called experts.

BLAME THE REFS! They are the reason PSU lost, right? I'm surprised JokePa didn't chase them down and grab them after the game, just like he did a few years ago.

It'll be closer than any of us want. I'm thinking 21-10.

Beano cook put it best on ESPN Radio yesterday. When talking about that game and the officiating, he agreed that bad calls were made on both sides. He also said that calls are finally starting to even out for Paterno.
He recalled pre-Big Ten games where Joe would get evey call, especially at Beaver Stadium. He brought up the fact that they would have never beaten Nebraska in 1982 if it weren't for a couple of rediculous calls. He also brought up the 1983 game versus Alabama. The funny thing was is that all of those calls were made by the same official, who after being evaluated, never worked another game after the Alabama fiasco in 1983.
It all comes out in the wash.
