See my response in "D 5 & 6 scores from 10-21" thread.

The McCoprt fans sure disappeared after FH scored that last TD with under 8 minutes to go. The last time I saw people run that fast I was watching an old Godzilla movie.

Where are all the Crusher fans from last year that were just tearing apart the Rangers and predicting the same result this year?
Where is Username and his 28-13 garaunteed victory that he boasted about earlier in the season?
I guess the DOMINATE Crushers (who have 1 championship on their banner) are not so MIGHTY after all.
McCort is a very talented team. Their defensive front is very physical, and very tough to run against.
However, Forest Hills exploited the weakness of the McCort team...pass defense. And when it was time for the Crusher to answer, the McCort passing attack was ineffective.
And wow, as PaleRider mentioned earlier, that fake punt call? Are you kidding me? I was sitting beside a fan who said "Watch the Fake" I replied with, "fake, no way, they are at mid-field, with a lead, and it is the 3rd quarter, that would be a horrible call".
Sure enough, the fake came and it got stuffed. What a bonehead call.
I would love to see these two teams match up again, just so the Rangers could return the favor from a year ago.
Nevertheless, that was the most satisfying victory for the Green and Gold in quite some time.
Oh. P.S. Scott Lewis, you are one heck of a player. But you are playing for the wrong coach is you ever plan on winning a championship.

Where was the sideline "mystery man" with the cell phone this year?

Again, BM goes down because of its head coach.
They win because of talent and lose because of their head coach. Put 4-5 other coaches in charge of that program and they would have more than one banner to hang.
Here's an idea: let your assistant coach call the plays and determine who plays and stay out of the way. Just be a figurehead. Your record would improve.

One bad apple will ruin the whole bunch. You want him on the sideline AT ALL?
Re: Forest Hills vs Bishop McCort
What I said in a previous post in another topic basically came true,
" As far as McCort's D is concerned, they are in for a surprise. The McCort DBs have not really been tested, but this week they will be. Rearick will pass all over them"
Also I said that this year's McCort team is really not a passing threat. Sheridan might run the offense well but in all reality is not a very good passer at all.
Ken Salem is a joke when it comes to coaching football. I don't care how many winning seasons they have in a row. The two premier teams in the LHAC are Forest Hills and Bishop Carroll. These two teams win the big games. They win games that they are not supposed to win. Ken Salem needs to stop going to the Pitt coaching clinics, they are not working. He needs to head up 219 north and stop at Sidman and Ebensburg for some coaching clinics. Oh wait Sponsky has given Salem coaching clinics the last 7 years when he has kicked the crap out of his teams
Ok OK so McCort has had some good teams recently, but why are they good? Because of talent, coaching, or both? I am going to go out on a limb and say that it is because of talent. What do you think that Fetzer, Baily, Sponsky, or even Phil DeMarco could have done with all the talent McCort has had during Salem's tenure

AE & Mr. Hype:
You're absolutely right, but yet we'll continue to hear what a dominant program they have.
As has been said on here a number of times: He just is not a very good coach, especially when it comes to preparation, the X's and O's, personnel decisions and making adjustments during a game.
Its been time for a change down there for a while now. Will it ever happen? Doubt it.

Notice: It's been nearly 44 hours since the whuppin' commenced and we have all explained why McCort lost Sat. night. The silence from the BM fans and post'ers is DEAFENING! I guess there was NO excuse!
