look for zach hart to be a threat for the 3200 m d5 title
in d6 look for zach seymour of central cambria and travis dean of westmont to be tough to beat

Hart is from NBC and i believe a senior...maybe a junior

why is that mitchell are you running under that time?

hart is from nbc and could possibly go under 10 min
he ran 18 min in cross country this year and made it to states
he didn't run track last year but i know who he is and he could be a threat
and travis dean will prob go under 9:30 just in case your wondering
hart is a senior by the way
