Big Ben will be back for Monday night with Indy. Cowher wants his team to have the best chance to win, and there's no win Pitt wins that game without Big Ben. Indy is still the team to beat, but after a shootout like with Cincinnati (wow!), if Pitt's defense can stop them and run over Indy's D, they might have a good shot.
As far as Randle El, the guy hasn't been a QB since his senior year, yes, but he is 12 of 14 on passes he has thrown during his NFL career, which mostly were on trick plays. He would probably be about as effective as Tommy Gunn now is, except Randle El would always be a threat to run, and would also be able to buy time in the pocket, which I think would give the Steelers a better chance.
