look for josh "fred" snyder of everett to be the guy to beat as he ran a 4:37 in his junior year and as a senior he is going to be looking to go to states as he got 2nd and missed states by about a half second to someone who placed 8th in the state and only ran the mile 2 other times b4 districts that was tony clemente of windber
but he has since graduated
also look for zach hart of nbc to be a good miler he is fast i've seen him get about a 5:10 in gym class 2 years ago and he never even practiced for it, he ran xc and was 2nd in d5 at the state meet this year
also look for the tussey boys to be a threat also i think that joe chafardon can get back up there after finishing 6th in his freshmen year the same year that yours truly placed 5th.
also shade has some kids that should be good as the one placed 3rd in the mile behind fred and clemente
