50 Cent has something pretty powerful to say about acknowledging criticism from someone weaker and less established than you are.

"Answering what he says is like acknowledging that he is my equal, and he will never be my equal."

You give that lesser, weaker antagonist credibility when you acknowledge him. Because then people want to hear what HIS response is, back to you. That's how rappers get attention when they are coming up the ranks.

That's what Rodriguez should have said. Because as far as I've seen, Pitt is nowhere close to how much progress WVU has made. As much as I hate to say it, RichRod did a very commendable job this year with all that youth.

Rodrigues should have said, "We can't recruit before the bowl game. We only have a month to discover the forward pass."

And Pitt's forgotten how to stop the run. And they apparently have forgotten that their team is supposed to be good at throwing the ball as well. I guess that's why they'll be home on Christmas.

No, there aren't, but Pitt's season is effectively over, and this is before many teams have even finished their regular season play (some finish this week, some).

If a team sucks so bad that they'll let you run the same play over and over again with success, why would you stop doing it? Did Utah stop running that little pass play? Hell no.

That Pitt / WVU game was incredible. If I was Coach Rod there was NO WAY I would pass the ball. That could have been the first football game in forever without a forward pass...

all i'm saying is show some love to the pittsburgh market because they show love to wvu. if not then wvu would get NO kids from the wpial that are good.when i listen to kdka they give equal time to wvu and pitt on the airwaves. so adding to their their success.

kdka gives them airtime because about as many people that listen to kdka like the Eers as they much as they like Pitt. WVU has a cult following in state and motown isn't too far from the Burgh. Those radio waves do travel out of the city ya know...
