NOT DONE YET!!!
With the season on the line, the Steelers got their eighth win of the season over the NFL's top defense, with a 21-9 victory over the Chicago Bears. Jerome Bettis ran for over 100 yards in the snow, and Ben Roethlisberger managed the game, completing 13 of 20 passes for about 180 yards and a touchdown.
If the Steelers win out, and if the Chiefs and Chargers lose, the Steelers would get a playoff spot as the sixth seed in the AFC. No 11-5 team has ever been left out of the playoffs.
The Steelers remaining schedule is as follows:
@ Minnesota
@ Cleveland
vs. Detroit
The toughest game remaining is next week, as Minnesota is on a hot streak, but it is still very winnable. If the Steelers get the sixth seed, that could very likely set up a playoff game at Paul Brown stadium against the Bengals in a rematch. That is if Kansas City and San Diego both lose. What are their remaining schedules?

San Diego and Kansas City play each other once more this year so one of them will lose and also San Diego has Indy and Denver and Kansas City has the Giants and the Bengals left so its entirely possible that both of them will lose at least once.

KC and San Diego both lost today. Remember, the Steelers beat SD in week 5. All they need to do is finish with the same record as the Steelers and the Black and Gold get the nod due to the head to head match-up.
The Chargers and the Chiefs are tied right now for 2nd with the Chargers owning the tie breaker between the two right now. The Steelers own the tie-breaker right now over the Chargers, so they're basically in, if they keep winning. They went from 8th to 6th in one week.
How big is the Jacksonville loss looking now? We'd be 9-4 and the Jags would be 8-5. 5th right now in the wildcard. Eff you Tommy Maddox, eff you.

Yep, Dallas beat KC and Miami beat San Diego. If the Steelers win out, they are in! Sweet! Hopefully Indy will beat San Diego (very likely) and San Diego will beat Kansas City (maybe). Playing at Arrowhead will be tough.

Well every year the Steelers get into the playoffs with homefield advantage and being the favorite they lose so maybe if they get in as a wildcard they can win it all. Last year the Steelers just had to cruise through their last few weeks and when the playoffs came they never really kicked into playoff mode.
