Northern bedfords boys distance team?

fleaflicker...nick jones had a 10:39 2 mile and I had a 4:47 mile
but that was then this is now
i think that ridge will do good in like the 800 and possibly the 2 mile but in the mile they would have to have somebody step up
bedford i think should be pretty strong

any body elses opinion

last year emerick ran a 5:08 mile at bedford but had to quit 5 meets in the season..and rem. hes only a sophmore this year.. so I believe Ridge will have a strong miler this year... as long as he works hard...

yeah emerick will do good if he just focuses on his training and doesn't try to take a loss and i mean if there is someone there he needs to stick with him till the end that is how you get under that 5 min mark
