Yep, Reggie really showed he was the best. Go up and read my post. I called it. Vince showed he's the best player in college football. Reggie didn't really do much in the game. He had one big 26 yard TD run. Nothing compared to Vince. LenDale White looked a lot better than Bush. Bush with his big lateral there hurt his team big time. Vince won what really matters. Hook 'em 'Horns.

wow...deliverance...you sound like my dad, he just beat me in the bowl polls for the first time in 5 years and he does nothing but brag about it... get over yourself... if you notice there were 3 people that voted for texas on this poll and on espn about 40% of America went with Texas you weren't the only one that thought Texas would win...

Your Dad reminds me of Penn State. No bowl game for years, now they do nothing but brag about their Orange Bowl appearance.

this isn't a thread about PSU as much as you'd love to bash them, but for that comparison to work wouldn't my dad have to have a history of winning had some rough years then come back with a good season?

I guess 275 yards total isn't doing anything? I know it's not 400+ like Vince, but come on. He did have an impact in this game. Like the lateral he tried to make early in the game that cost USC a potential touchdown...

That was about the only impact he had on the game. He had 275 yards total by running, receiving, punt returning, and kick returning. Most player that touch the ball that much and have as much talent as he does should have had a much bigger impact. If anything, Bush cost his team the game with his nice turnover. Maybe he didn't deserve the Heisman after all.
