they all have those guys...

WVU thug Chris Henry got into some big trouble in the last few days. Look that one up and post it.... LUCKILY for CH there was a cop around who stopped him or he may have done the same thing. I guess he went prepared for a fight from what I read.

If you read my post, I was talking about him being kicked off the team in 2004. He wasn't dismissed from the team in 2004 for murder. So, maybe you should actually try to read the whole post before you respond.

If this was Penn State, what do you think JoePa would've done? What Would Joe Do?
[/quote]

So by this statement what are you suggesting?

By it's very nature you suggest it's possible that Joe would have taken no action, correct?

I'm saying in 2004 he was dismissed from Pitt. He wouldn't have been dismissed by JoePa for what he did in 2004. JoePa rarely ever dismisses anyone for doing something wrong on his team. Now the kid just committed murder. So, no matter what coach it is, the kid is going to be gone because he's going to be in jail. I was referring to what he did in 2004. Go read some of JoePa's statements the past few years after players do something wrong. I guess whatever it takes to win.

Oh. Then you must have some inside information on what he did while at Pitt, resulting in his dismissal, in order to conclude that JoePA would have not done the same as Pitt.

From the article:

"Walker was dismissed from the Pittsburgh football program in early December 2004 and has not been a student at the school since then, Panthers spokesman E.J. Borghetti said.

Borghetti would not say why he was dismissed from the program."

So, if you have information on what this kid did to warrant him being kicked off the team, and can argue why JoePa would not have done likewise, please share it with us, and I'll be happy to say I was wrong.

Well, he didn't go to jail for it. So obviously it wasn't that bad. A guy from PSU can get a DUI and all JoePa has to say is at least he didn't hurt anyone. That should be enough for you to admit you were wrong.

He said at least he didnt hurt anyone as in "on the bright side, he screwed up, but luckily no one was hurt or killed."

You don't punish people based on what MAY have happened. You MAY get hit by car when you take your dog for a walk. You MAY knock someone's eye out if you hit them with a water balloon. The police don't even do anything with stalking cases until the stalker actually does something. If the kid had a DUI and put someone in the hospital, that's different, and probably deserves dismissal.

So if you rob a store with a handgun, the handgun part should be ignored because it didn't go off and no one was hurt?

He wasnt intoxicated just because he set out to kill someone in a car wreck. Alcohol wasn't his weapon of choice.
