Big Burdens

I recently saw that a Big East player on one of the teams had the name JIHAD MUHAMMAD. Don't remember which team, don't care. Think about this one moment. His name is not BOB SMITH. Now- did his I'm sure well-meaning decent black parents "christen" him with a name like this, or did he , having been born with a name like say, Henry Brown, decide one day on his own that he wanted to be unique and adopted said name? What does white, middle-class America think, if they follow any liberal-biased media news at all, when they see a name such as this? I think this young man is in for a rough time the rest of his life. Imagine if you will, that Timothy McVeigh had decided to change his name at an early age to something like OKIE BOMBER. Do you think some folks may have seen red flags flying? Just a thought. PS- I have been wrongly called a racist before, and a lot worse, by better than some of you. Think about that.
