Question 1: Out of curiosity, where would you go Pass?
Q2: Have you ever traveled outside this country?

Re: Mexico
Dear President Bush:
I'm about to plan a little trip with my family and extended family, and I would like to ask you to assist me. I'm going to walk across the border from the U.S. into Mexico, and I need to make a few arrangements. I know you can help with this. I plan to skip all the legal stuff like visas, passports, immigration quotas and laws. I'm sure they handle those things the same way you do here.
So, would you mind telling your buddy, President Vicente Fox, that I'm on my way over? Please let him know that I will be expecting the following:
1. Free medical care for my entire family.
2. English-speaking government bureaucrats for all services I might need, whether I use them or not.
3. All government forms need to be printed in English.
4. I want my kids to be taught by English-speaking teachers.
5. Schools need to include classes on American culture and history.
6. I want my kids to see the American flag flying on the top of the flag pole at their school with the Mexican flag flying lower down.
7. Please plan to feed my kids at school for both breakfast and lunch.
8. I will need a local Mexican driver's license so I can get easy access to government services.
9. I do not plan to have any car insurance, and I won't make any effort to learn local traffic laws.
10. In case one of the Mexican police officers does not get the memo from Pres. Fox to leave me alone, please be sure that all police officers speak English.
11. I plan to fly the U.S. flag from my house top, put flag decals on my car, and have a gigantic celebration on July 4th. I do not want any complaints or negative comments from the locals.
12. I would also like to have a nice job without paying any taxes, and don't enforce any labor laws or tax laws.
13. Please tell all the people in the country to be extremely nice and never say a critical word about me, or about the strain I might place on the economy.
I know this is an easy request because you already do all these things for all the people who come to the U.S. from Mexico. I am sure that Pres. Fox won't mind returning the favor if you ask him nicely.
Sincerely,
Frostlion

Re: Mexico
What is so good about that site? It is encouraging people who have no right to be in this country to protest so that their voice can be heard. But they have no voice. Go back to Mexico and protest from there.
Our politicians appeared to be caving in, but it looks now as though the legislation in the Senate won't pass, which is a good thing. Don't legitimize criminal activity without punishment.

Re: Mexico
Q2: Have you ever traveled outside this country?[/quote]
I will answer your second question first, as it seems logical to do so.
Yes, I have. I have been to Europe to visit my older brother, who is stationed in Germany last summer between his tours in Iraq. (Oh, just so you know, in his first tour he spend 18 months there. He was only supposed to spend twelve, but they extended his tour twice, once when he was almost onto the plane to come home.) He had to sign up for longer so he could advance in rank; he was going to go back to Iraq one way or the other, something called "Stop-loss". My mother was rather upset. Anyway, While visiting him, we went to several places in Germany and visited relatives there. They were the nicest people I have ever met. Ever. Then I went to Prague, which for those of you who don't know, is in the Czech Republic. The women there were gorgeous. None were overweight, other then the ones you knew were American. Prague was rather poor in relation to America or Germany, but the people there were still very nice, and the City was amazing. I also got offered pot, speed, and a few other drugs at night when my brother dragged me out to Casinos and bars. Fun stuff. All in all, it was amazing and I loved it.
As for your first question, I don't know yet. Canada maybe. England. Ireland would be fun. I really doubt I will move, at least before I retire. It all depends on the speed of degradation our legal system has been going though. Maybe I will set up some events where I will leave, no matter what. Outlawing free speech it shall be then.

Re: Mexico
I thought you were going to pick Cuba or some nutty place like that!
The ones you picked probably aren't that different than here. Australia might be nice. But if you really want to see how nice you have it here travel to a country with a third world population. It will really open your eyes.
