Northern Garret Injured Hurdler
Does anyone know the condition of the Northern Garrett girl's hurdler who was injured at the NG-Meyersdale-Berlin meet yesterday?
If you don't know where you're going, you'll probably end up somewhere else.

Yes the girl Amber Branthoover I believe is her name was on the 6th hurdle of the 300 hurdles. I am not sure whether she blacked out before or while she was going over the hurdle but that is what happened. She came down on her head and was unconscience for awhile. When she came back she wasn't responding very well and sometimes not at all for about 40 minutes before the life flight came. My friend got a call later that night from Amber's mother saying that she was responding and is doing better. I haven't heard what the actual injury was but you got to think it was something with her neck. She blacked out earlier that week in practice but didn't get hurt. It was quite a scary scene.
