Freshmen Baseball Players

Were there any good freshmen player that anyone heard of from this season in District 6.

John Fees of Cambria Heights. He batted .344 with 1 triple, 4 doubles, and 11 singles. As a pitcher, he was the number two pitcher from CH with a 3-4 record.

There are 2 excellent freshman baseball players from down here in Mount Union. Cole Walters and Sean Dixon. Cole Walters is the DH and Sean Dixon plays first and pitches. I believe they bat in the 3 and 5 spots in the order. Cole Walters has 3 or 4 home runs and they both are probably batting well over .300. Dixon has started 5 or 6 games and only suffered 1 loss to a good Altoona team.

Yes, I have heard alot of good things about those two freshmen from Mount Union.
