Seems like yoiou guys are going on rep. here. Podgorney did not have a strong year for McCort at all.

Re: Laurel Highlands All-Stars 06
podgorney mustn't have had his good stuff when mccort was beaten by cambria heights in the last few games of the season. Vescovi seemed like he was throwing twice as hard as podgorney
Re: Laurel Highlands All-Stars 06
opinionguy, myers started 4 games and was 4 and 0, with a 1.25 era before he had inflammation in his elbow. Hear he is getting therapy and should be ready for junior league season.

Thanks for the correction gpappy. But, whether it be 4-0 pr 3-0, that is hardly enough wins to land yourself on an All-Star list.
Without injury, Myers most likely would have been the most dominant pitcher in the LHAC this past season.
I agree Vescovi would deserve some consideration for this type of award. He had a couple nice wins and hit well this year. It is always tougher to get recognized when you are on a losing squad.

And the last thing I must tell you...NEVER QUIT!
