Bedford's sensational post season run ended today at Mount Pleasant High to Riverside out of D-7. Bedford held a 7-3 lead in the 4th inning and gave up 5 in the bottom half of the same inning and never regained the lead.
From an 0-5 start to D-5 Champions and being one big inning away from one of the 4 best teams in PA, it's was quite the turn around season for these kids. They have nothing to hang their heads about, as they took a potentially disasterous season and turned it into one they will never forget. Good job guys, be proud of what you accomplished this year.

Yes Duke is back next year. I know giving up 9 runs doesn't sound like a great job, but he really did pitch a great game today. The Bisons needed to play their very best baseball to have a chance today and they did just that and battled right down to the end, having runners on first and second when the last out was made. It was just a fantastic highschool baseball game. Very well played by both teams and very well umpired. Good luck to Riverside the rest of the way and Great job Bedford you have nothing to hang your heads about.
