North Korea and Japan: TAE Solves Dilema.
When Brady Quinn wins the presidency in 2008, Your Literary Hero will be right there with him, writing the policies that shape our world, and our future. Together, we can all achieve more, folks. That's why I need your help with something that has been an issue lately. Mainly, North Korea.
See, North Korea is part of the Axis of Evil. They are a serious threat to our upstanding, good friends in Japan. We need to station troops there and stand up for our good Japanese friends. We need Japan's market, and they need ours, so its benefical for us to keep them close to our hearts, and forget that this country attacked us once, with no real reason of their own. We need to defend Japan with our troops.

We can't let North Korea get away with this stuff anymore. They have a government that is not similiar to our own, or Japan's, and we just cannot allow that. They are making nuclear weapons, much like everyone else is, including democratic nations, but even though we're the only country in the world to ever use a nuclear weapon on somebody, and we still have them ourselves, it is not okay for other countries to possess these weapons. We're the only country in the world who is rational, and should possess them, since we are the only ones who care about human life, which is evidenced by Rwanda, knowing about Auschwitz, direct civilian bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Cambodia, how well we treated the Indians, our rescue of our own people from Saigon, mass human slavery, Somalia, the Sudan, Dresden, and the poisoning of water-wells and mining of bays in Vietnam after we already exited their country.
Since the United States is so deeply concerned with human life, I think we need to protect all the peoples of Japan from a nuclear disaster. It would be the third in their history. The first two were nuclear weapons that we used on them.
As of March 4th of this year, we owe Japan $687.3 billion dollars. They are by FAR the top of the list, as far as US debt to foreign nations. Since this is such a staggering number, why not follow TAE's Path to Success?
I move that we instigate a North Korean strike on Japan. Then we let it go on for a few weeks, maybe even months, as we get "bogged down" in typical UN fashion, over what course to take, and repeatedly try to persuade the North Koreans to back off. Then, we take out North Korea and save all our dear Japanese friends. What do we accomplish? We have a reason to attack North Korea, and get rid of their government. We save Japan, and look like heroes. For our service, we get Japan to eliminate the debt, or most of it. I mean... Japan can't even defend itself, right? They aren't allowed to have more than 100,000 troops.
It's all just simple mathematics.
