Tom Bradley Recruiting Letter...
Dear_______,
Hope your senior season in HS is going well!
I guess you got to see our game against ND this past Saturday. Wouldn't it be great to come and join our program so that you can play in front of a full house every week on National TV? All that exposure really goes a long way into making you a "man and a scholar" as The Master says in his literary masterpiece "FOOTBALL: MY WAY!" I will be sending you an autographed copy very soon so you can read it and commit the book to memory before you enroll next fall. Rest assured: We won't be leaving college football to the Switzers and Sherrills of the world!!!!
I see you becoming a LB in our program, maybe even a HERO LB. Did you see POZ level Rudy from ND on that 3rd and 15 wrap around draw in the 4th quarter? Now THAT was some stick!!!
Hope you can come up to see the Youngstown State game this weekend! We'll be packing the house and shocking the world!
Well, I have to run. Lots more handwritten letters to do!
