How are anyone's feelings on the new changes for the 7% body fat rule and hydration testing, may make some changes in what weights wrestlers will be able to wrestle, I think it is too early to tell for sure who will be at what weight next season.

me thinks you all are forgetting a freshman from over the mountain who will win a medal this year at states. joey lascari. as far as the phaler,s go, they are excellent wrestlers but one will have to beat sam zimmerman and the other will probably be wrestling chris lascari. no easy task for either.

I have to say that this year is going to be one heck of a year, looking at the competition around the area there is about 5 or 6 people ranked in the state and they're all podium material. They all should see each other through out the season too, so we will be in quite a show this year.

Nate Link wasn't 4th last year....he placed two years ago...he didn't make it to Hershey last year....one good thing---with the new weight restrictions, he won't have to worry about cutting so much weight and being weak...
