Honorable Mention: Bishop McCort, Cambria Heights, Bedford, North Star

3rd place- Windber: I believe they are an inexperianced team with a defense that is decent, but I don't think they have a lot of speed or skill, so I'll let them stand in third, with their 6 shutouts against who like Hyndman etc?

2nd place- Rockwood: Rockwood gets their rematch tomorrow. I believe rockwood will beat windber 2-1 or so in their rematch, while rockwood will go on to complete the 3 peat i think. Rockwood has an experianced team, not losing a lot from last year if i remember correctly (BEST DEFENSE IN D5)

BEST DEFENSE: Richland. Richland returned 10 starters from last year, while winning their second straight title last year. They have a very speedy team, who rarely can be scored on. They have a good keeper, with 4 solid defenders anchoring their back line. Richland has given up 5 goals this season, in 10 games.

lol,thank youdwai07, thats what i wanted.. and yea.. i think your right about the whole thing preety much... i guess im kinda leaning towards rockwood.. since i play for them.. lol but i think our defence has finnaly starting coming together and playing ver well last year... me and my bud.. returing from last year.. both got the somerset county 1st team thingy for defence last year.. not like that matters much.. but we also have two soph's that stepped up to the plate.. and they are becoming very good defenders... once we start gettin in our grove i think we wont be to bad at all.. and about the Windber game today.. i know we are gonna be extremely pumped for this game, seeing how we lost 3-0 that last time... so.. i think we can take em lol...but.. its gonna be a very very good game.... anyone else have any thoughts about the whole thing?

Rockwood has the best defense in D5. Windber is a good team, but they dont really have any part of their team that stands out. Both teams are talented but from what ive seen Rockwood should beat Windber. End of story.
