Somewhat overshadowed by Pitt's impressive road win at Syracuse, is the news that Pitt Basketball received a verbal commitment from Schenley's DeJuan Blair. Blair is considered a top-50 recruit by many experts. Blair received 28 scholarship offers and chose Pitt over the likes of National Champion Florida Gators among others.
