Dear Big East Commissioners:
I am writing to inform you that we will be serving you with a lawsuit over your role in allowing Miami to come to the ACC.
You may think you all are really clever – letting go of a program on the fall only to then sue over it and be awarded millions of dollars – but we’re on to you. You can’t just pawn off a corrupt, mediocre football program with a severe image crisis and get away with it. We could live with this type of behavior out of Miami if they were still a dominant football team, but not when they’re the definition of mediocre.
Oh, and Virginia Tech and Boston College? They suck, too. It’s not funny that you cleared out some dead weight in your conference at our expense. We assume you saw the coming decline years ago and weren’t upfront about it with us. Now not only are we not an elite football conference, but we’re not even close to being the best basketball conference anymore either.
You are like a slimy used car salesman who sold us a lemon. And there are lemon laws, I’ll have you know. Soon you’ll know that all too well. So alert your attorneys that they will be getting served with a lawsuit.

P.S. – You can avoid this lawsuit if you trade us West Virginia, Louisville, and Pitt for Miami, Boston College and Virginia Tech. No harm, no foul.
