Just to clarify...North Star did not score on the play that was called back. The receiver was pushed out of bounds at about the 20.
:oops: Honest mistake, I had a bad angle on the play and I was looking for the call on the whistle.
The penalty was a false start. There was definitely movement on the right side of the formation for the Cougars. The flag was on the ground before the ball was even thrown. In all actuality, the whistle should have been blown.
The referee who made the call noted that Kaltenbaugh (North Star's QB) flinched when Windber's defense jumped.
