I have seen both Guilfoyle and McCort play and I think that the Marauders will beat the Crushers on Thursday. BG has a good big man and a couple shooters and although it may be close, BG will come out on top.

I dont know anything about Mercyhurst but I would imagine Westmont is better.

The Crushers overcame a 7 point defecit in the wanning seconds of the game capped off by a buzzer beater to send the contest to overtime and then the Crushers prevailed by 3 and now wait to see who they will play saturday

Someone mentioned that BG had a good big man & he was that - must've had 6 or 7 blocks, is fairly athletic & runs the court rather well.....but did he have a few brain cramps in late minutes > dribbled outa' bounds, threw a bad pass (easily intercepted) then with i believe 12 seconds left & a 4 point lead took about an 8 footer....missed & as the BM player started to dribble up court, the center fouled him!! BM made two & stole the ball after it was in bounded, called TO, got a shot off, missed but Z. Boyd put rebound in. In all honesty, BG should've iced the game!

This BM team w/o M. Cruz, S. Lewis & of course A Wadley would probably have been picked to be around 500, @ best...they are height challenged but the 3 seniors & two jrs. that start just play hard & do not relent. I would not have ventured a 6-1 start....Saturday should be interesting!

I'm sure this has been asked and answered many times, but I'm new so bare with me. Why did A. Wadley have to sit out the fball and now the bball season? Injury?

i'm not sure that i have EVER seen worse officiating than during the Delone - Westmont game. It was absolutely horrendous.

sorry vog but if your from Johnstown and your playing in Altonna your not gonna get a single call?Its been that way forever

other night against BG Matt Varga took a 3 pointer(missed it) the guy boxed him out and Varga was knocked to the floor? Most would assume that would be a 3 shot foul cause thats how the game of basketball is played........but the ref called it after the shot?so it only was a 1 and 1



that among others were some prtty bad calls but you should go into a game in altoona with the mindset that your going to get screwed

I absolutely serious, I have no clue why. Now I've sat here for awhile trying to find something on it and can't. If no one wants to tell me what happened, can you at least tell me where to go to read? I'm just curious, i see people talking about him, and just wondering why didn't play.
