NCAA Tourney???
You were questioning PSU's ability to play on the road. UCONN ran a 13-0 mark before finally leaving home to lose to WVU. Mine was relevant.

Re: NCAA Tourney???
Again. What's PSU inability to win on the road have to do with UCONN?

Re: NCAA Tourney???
I noticed that Penn State hasn't played since last Saturday. Must have been all tuckered out from that road trip.

Re: NCAA Tourney???
In front of more than 13,000 fans today at the BJC, Penn State received a severe thrashing at the hands of Michigan State. Trailing by as many as 30 points several times in the 2nd half, PSU lost 91-64. When asked how this was possible, senior Ben LOOBER replied, "When we saw that many people in the stands, we thought we were on the road. And as you all know, we haven't won on the road all this year".

Re: NCAA Tourney???
Late in the game with Penn State down by 27, a Michigan State player missed the basket with a shot. The relatively QUITE crowd, at least those that hadn't already bailed out of the BJC, began to shout "AIR BALL, AIR BALL". The camera then focused on football recruit Broderick Green who was still in the stands and he was shouting "AIR BAG, AIR BAG"!!!!

Re: NCAA Tourney???
Just read about Penn State's loss last night at Iowa on goPSUsports.com. Article said that PSU outrebounded Iowa 44-32. It went on to say that PSU had 27 offensive rebounds. Now is that something to brag about? I mean, if they would MAKE some of their shots, there would BE no need for offensive rebounds, right?

Re: NCAA Tourney???
Riding a 9 game losing streak, Ed DeChellis is heading for his 4th non-winning season in a row at Penn State. Wonder if he's going to "quit" like Jerry Dunne done? Dunne done?... I like that.

Re: NCAA Tourney???
I think all hope of them getting me to the BJC went out the window when I heard the Stony Brook debacle. Unless they give away hotdogs. I can eat like 25 Hebrew Nationals. I'm not talking about cannibalism here, I'm talkin' hotdogs. I can't wait to eat hotdogs. I haven't been this excited over something since my friend Noah told me about the Tesla coil.

Tonight at 7 the Penn State men's basketball team will make it's first national TV appearance of the year, as it takes on Ohio State on ESPN. And guess what??? ALL STUDENTS WILL BE ADMITTED FREE!!! Talk about a crock. Imagine, having to let everyone in free just so they can have a crowd at the BJC and not be embarrassed on TV with an empty arena. And what about the few students who already have season tickets? They will be given a ticket for FREE concession at a future home game. Great. Another free wiener to see Iowa or Illinois. Maybe this time they won't have to pay for the bun.
