This guy was talking to his psychologist... The psy is telling him how it is and putting things bluntly. The patient says something to the effect of "that isn't making me feel better". The psyc replies and says something like... "IF YOU WANT TO FEEL BETTER TAKE A PILL. IF YOU WANT TO GET BETTER, LOOK YOUR PROBLEM IN THE FACE AND LEARN FROM IT"

I don't know...I just really liked that and had to share, haha
