or maybe it will hurt and theyll lose even less games than last year, and score even less points...so maybe it will hurt...

like someone said before, games are won or lost in the trenches...just remember defense wins games
I said games are won and lost in the trenches earlier in this thread if that's what you're referring to. I realize that they need a line, but a spread offense is a better option than a power running or gun slinging offense. That won't work for sure. No holes for a running back, no pocket for a quarterback.

You can nitpick me and say they can lose more games and score fewer points, but that would mean a 4-6 record, which is not much worse than 6-4 record...

Yes, good points both of you. The main goal of the regular season is to get a good enough record to make playoffs. Then at least you have a chance for district championship and a state championship. So what ever way you cut it, 6-4 or 4-6, those records arent good enough to make playoffs either way. And a season with no playoffs is an unsuccessful season, right? At least in my book it is.

Can anybody explain to me why brett shippey from bedford is not on the top 22 i mean he played the 3 toughest lines in the LHAC and still raked up 83 tackles from Defensive Tackle how can you not have him on the top 22???????

Personaly, i think User made a great list. Why don't oyu make your own list so we can critize that there are too many people from Bedford?

Just because he played against the 3 best lines, doesnt mean he did anything. Maybe he did well, maybe he got did nothing and all his tackle were from cupcakes or JVs. I only saw one Bedford game (FH), I hope you consider FH as having one ofthe best lines last year. I do not remeber him at all. So maybe thats why he is not in the top 22.

Haha you clever username you . . . and really, just because you rack up a bunch of tackles and are first on the team in tackles means about as much as the future's opinion on this site (which is nothing). Ray Lewis was 40th in the league in total tackles this year. But I assure you, there arent 39 other defensive players I'd take over #52 from the U.
