was shope the jv qb this year? Im not sure if it was him but that kid was one of the best jv qbs i saw all year.

Yes, Jason Shope was the JV QB all last year. He did a good job considering he had no line in JV. Look for Shopes mobility to be a factor next year as the line will be returning only one starter.

Dfense, I suppose that depends on how you look at it. Replacing a 3 year starter at QB is no easy task. I see Shope getting the look first, as he is the upper classmen. But Sope is a very versitile player who also started at DE and LB at times last year. Dont be too worried about who gets the look. Both are very talented young men.

so this kid must be big if he played DE and LB?

The jv qb wasnt a real big guy..I wouldnt guess over 170..I could be wrong but he didnt look big.
