Doesn't something look wrong here???

As I am looking at the district seedings today I spot that Bishop Carroll is the 2nd seed in single A. I had to check if my eyes were seeing right because Bishop Carroll is a below .500 team, I was thinking is this the same Bishop Carroll I know? Does anyone know how in the world you can be 7-9 and be the 2nd seed in the playoffs? Is the rest of single A that bad or did BC do something to skyrocket them in the rankings? If anyone knows please let me know, Thanks.....
