NB knocks off undefeated Meyersdale AGAIN...12 to 11 in extra innings.

F-M beat CT in a real close one as well.


Sideling Hill sends both to the finals at Ridge on Friday...NB vs. FM!

It's a shame they couldn't find a better site for a championship game than Ridge's field.

Yes, I agree. But both teams have to play on the dump. Should have came to a neutral D6 field! HA!

Was Everett, McConnellsburg, or even Bedford unavailable? I was even told that they set this site (CR) up before the semifinals and what if Township and Myersdale had won?

Making both FM and NBC travel West to play on a field that is not at the same level of some of the nicer Sideling Hill facilities is questionable at best.

Fannet is an up and coming team as they are pretty young. NB is also young and has only 2 seniors on this years squad that start. NB has the experience from winning it all last year. I think NB has a better pitching matchup. I think Boyd can pitch the whole game. I don't no if McGee can pitch or not. In a close one NB 5 FM 4.

This could be really neat for NB.... If their boys win, it will be back to back for them AS WELL AS the softball team with their 2-1 win today!
