Speaking of out of the way places, Vman just returned from Loreto...no not where St Francis is.....this Loreto sits astride latitude 26 north on the Sea of Cortez, Mexico’s famous sportfishing area enjoys an enviable geographic position, very close to the northern limit of what you could think of as Baja California’s truly “warm water” fishing zone. And i took a picture of this nice dorado caught there!



And Vman does make the best breakfast north of Guadalajara!!!

No, peyote but I do have a story about drugs and the southwest.

One time me and Steak and Nasty went to Phoenix to visit The Groz, who moved out there. While traveling through White Sands Missile Base in the middle of the night, we get stopped by Pedro the Mexican Security Trooper at some kind of Army checkpoint. Next thing I know, ol' Pedro isn't buying my honest yet unlikely story that the three of us were only out there to visit an old friend. So he makes me get out, put my hands behind my head, and searches the vehicle. He didn't find anything except a way to hurt our pride!

Here's a better story about drugs.

Ol' Nasty was driving in a stolen Kia one time and was pulled over somewhere south of Ft. Worth. The cop did not run the plates, but did suspect some foul play. He made Nasty open the hatch only to find a large silver ammo case. "What's in the case?" "Uranium." "What?" "Uranium. You know... the isotope." After successfully fooling the cop into thinking he was dumb for not realizing that Nasty had "the isotope" in the Kia, he let him go!!! True story, I swear to God.

Well D if you mean in my pictures, the first photo is of my olde friend & famous Mexican fisherman Jose Lopez and, as noted, that's uncle Eddie in the second shot......throw in Vman & you've got great fisherman all....
or @ least a great time & of course a great breakfast.....
