I really think westmont might have a good team for once, they have a good tailback in chaz merriman. Good receivers in nick khuri, tj keklak and david mckolosky and supposedly they have a pretty big line. They do have quarterback issues right now but the early leader for that job is sam hahn and he has a good arm. Im gonna go with mccort winning that section though followed by johnstown then westmont, richland, somerset, and bc.
In the other section im going with forest hills, CC, PC, bedford, BG, Heights. Im excited to see BG perform in this league. Im iffy on them. It wont surprise me if they are good but it wont surprise me if they blow either.

og to answer ur question
BC will only be as good as it's quarterback shrift
Bg will at least be decent but a slightly differenct style of play may make for an adjustment period.
In an overall down year for the district i feel pecora will finally make playoffs and i don't kno much about the new coaches but j-town has a punchers chance as long as reed is running the ball

Re: 2007 HS Football
I think the interesting thing to watch this year will be QB play here in the LHAC. It seems as though this year there are quite a few signal callers coming back for their senior year that have been mainstay in their programs since their freshman or sophomore years
--- McCort's DeFrances has been in varsity program since a frosh, started all last year
--- BC's Shrift has also been a varsity husky since a frosh, started last yr as well
--- Richland's Pecora has been starting since his freshman year, so he's the most experienced of the group
--- CC's McGregor split playing time in the early part of his soph year then got starts and has been the starter ever since
--- Somerset's Kaufman has been the Eagle QB since his sophomore year as well
Look for these teams with steadiness at the QB position to enjoy success this year, and look for teams with unproven signal callers to perhaps experience a rocky road at times (PC, FH, WH, Jtown) during the 07 season.
Because after all, it's better to give than to receive.
with the QB talk said whose better Pecora or DeFrances?
im goin with Jordan due to arm strength and ability to win the big game on his own i.e. FH game
One throw doesn't make a QB...although that throw did make BM's season last year...
I'll give Pecora the nod...although his size will hurt him at the next level.
