Phil Steele Comments on PSU - Illinois
I was listening to Rivals Radio this morning at work and on Fridays Phil Steele has a segment. Steele is basically the most trusted (and feared) college football analyst because he's basically right about everything. Here's what he had to say, and I am paraphrasing, but I'm not adding anything he didn't say:
"I would not be surprised if Illinois won this game. The Illinois defense has a ridiculous amount of speed, and this team is very good. Whoever wins might end up the number 2 or 3 team in the Big Ten. It can really go either way, but I guess I will take Penn State."

Re: Phil Steele Comments on PSU - Illinois
Very disappointing lose for the Lions. The 5 turnovers will kill you for sure.

Why?

Nittany Lions fall to Illini, 27-20
Saturday, September 29, 2007
By Ron Musselman, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
CHAMPAIGN, Ill. -- Quarterback Anthony Morelli threw three interceptions and lost a fumble on Penn State's final four possessions and the No. 21 Nittany Lions lost to Illinois, 27-20, today at Memorial Stadium
TOO BAD for the Nittany LIONS.
