ridge keeper is good .lots of team speed but they are vnot using there ball skills , they can be beaten by good passing and avarage defence .

hey what can you guys tell me about cambria heights we have them first round and all we know about them is from what we found out last year in the playoffs.. and that doesnt help much now

windber 2 cambria heights 1......... me and branden albright of C. Heights went shin to shin and he broke both bones in his leg.... without of doubt the worst most disgusting injury i have ever seen in my life, his leg absolutely snapped
