It's not difficult to look online for results rather than waiting for gratification...

I was under the impression that this was a forum to discuss wrestling and a place to post results, predictions, info, etc. A simple "Hey guys, just go to the altoona mirror website to find results" would have been great. Thanks for letting me know what is and isn't difficult, longshot.

Before I get abused for being a smarta** (which I am), just let me say that I agree the internet and forums are excellent places for information. However, I deal every day with people who sit back and wait for things to come to them, people who expect others to do for them. In this case, what did we do before the internet? We actually went to the wrestling, if we were actually fans. Or, if that wasn't possible, we went out and bought a Sunday paper (yes, spent money). Or we actually just called someone on a phone and asked. I still do all of those things.

I guess what frustrates me is that people get on a forum EXPECTING someone else to give the information. I search for what I want. I appreciate the information that people provide. I certainly don't expect anyone to provide. If it's not there when I want it, I just keep reading or looking.

I enjoy the forums. I also thank people that use them to exchange ideas. I do not, however, have expectations that someone should get on the move to provide something for me that I don't have. I guess that attitude (or my interpretation of a message that portrays that attitude) perturbs me slightly.

This is my exchange of ideas for the moment. Go old school for the information. It still works. I believe that most people, if they have something to add, will add it. You won't have to ask for it.

....or there are the people who work 3 jobs and don't have time to attend every sporting event that they would like to, and appreciate a website, such as this one, that usually has results posted. Expecting to get on here to find information about sports is what this website is about. In no way, shape, or form does that reflect on whether a person goes through life expecting things, or earning things. The last thing this needs to be turned into is a pissing contest, but I'll be darned if I'm going to sit and read some punk kid's subtle post about me expecting things. I appreciate your enthusiasm, but just stop preaching to the choir. Just keep your informative posts about sports, not life itself, coming. Thank you.
