If it's the same person I have heard mentioned, and I'm pretty sure it is, then I hope they do strongly consider him. I think he could be successful at Bedford.

It surprises me that someone who is on the hiring committee at Bedford would be leaking info. to Boxer. If this sensitive info. would get out to other candidates it could open a can of worms. If in deed this admin. is giving Boxer inside info. then I would say that this interview process isn't real legit. Most interviews I have been part of you don't go out and tell the public who you want as the coach before the hiring process is over. Not sure who the admin. from Bedford is that Boxer is talking about, but he best be careful the other candidates don't know of his preconceived notions on this hiring. You interview all candidates and mum is the word during this process. I think it would be best to just wait it out and see exactly who they end up picking. You may be surprised by their choice. It just may not be Boxer's mystery man.

Any updates on the quest for the next Bedford head coach?

I heard a rumor that Kevin Steele was in the running? Anyone know if that is true? Any leaks about this one?

Husker33,

Are you from the Bedford area? You seem to be a newcomer, just curious as to your roots.
