Just now, 4-star DE Sean Stanley from Gaithersburg committed to the NitWits. The PSU raid of Maryland talent has been relentless and Viking-like. Apparently the PSU staff took the Terps' 2008 theft of Kenny Tate pretty personally, which is what I like to see. Here's some info on Stanley.

6'2", 245, runs a 4.7 forty. Scout says:

Considered by many as the most dominant defensive player in Montgomery County. As a junior Stanley tallied 37 tackles for loss, 16.5 sacks and forced 9 fumbles. Stanley earned first-team Washington-Post All-Met honors.

Those are pretty dang good stats. Stanley had 20 offers, including Miami, Michigan, Georgia, V-Tech, Maryland, Pitt, etc.

Sure sure who recruited him for PSU, but I will find this out. Somewhere in Deepest New Jersey, Greg Schiano is licking his chops at the class PSU is putting together on the defensive side of the ball.
