If you had the chance to have Coach Roman strolling your sidelines, wouldn't YOU jump at the opportunity? I'm 95% positive that he's the man at JHS, as long as they have their stuff together.

Similar to the Windber opening, I believed that the Ramblers had the chance to hire Coach Hollern and basically messed that chance up. BM will be better for retaining him and extending his contract.

Soup- If I had anything to do with it, I would definitely jump at the chance to sign him even before his interview. I was just wondering since this is online and everything and not in person, face to face contact. I couldn't understand if you thought he should get the job, if he was a front runner, or if you knew that he got the job. By any chance are you involved in the slection process, because it seems like you have your info right. Also, is Hollern staying at McCort for sure, or will he be leaving the program completely since the Windber opening fell through.

Neil Cobaugh......

Cobaugh now im not sure if this is true but a previous post said he was the track,football, and now asst at Johnstown. Sounds like someone knows some people on the school board. Next he will be woman golf, hockey, and he is also a janitor in his spear time......

If your looking for quality and running program I would want someone who specializes in a particular area, not someone who is collecting pay checks

Wasn't Cobaugh the assistant every year Roman was at Westmont? Wouldn't he be a logical choice for an assistant coach?
