When have you ever seen a player sit out because of transfering schools? McCort will never have this problem for 2 reasons.

One there a private school, meaning there parents have the right to send there children to that school. Second reason is there education is better than Ferndales. Those are the only two reasons you need.

Now if there caught having illegal talks to the parents or player than you may have a case.

In regards to him playing with better competition in the lhac, the adjustment will not be good. Bigger,faster, better players play in this conference. Not to mention better coaching, yea sure he will clog the paint but he will be more of a liabilty on defense than an asset.
