They are a contender without those kids. Dill is a huge help to BBall but i dont see Merriman having a big impact on the gridiron, at least not on "O" unless he gets it in his mind to block at TE...

Well for some people its tough to say "hey im gonna get the ball every play to ohh now im just blocking...." might be tough for him....He should be able to find a spot on Defense though


McCort is without a doubt loaded this year to have a teams best player transfer here and now just playing defense only....thats a lot of depth

I love it when McCort fans poo-poo the transfer of a good football player to their team for next year. I'll bet, though, that deep down inside they're licking their chops about having another proven veteran player on their roster. Funny, isn't it. When most local teams are hoping that some 10th graders can make their squad, BM has tested veterans just fall in their laps.

It also funny that under the topic "Serious...Projected Standings", Crimson09Crazy has BM listed as his top team in the LHAC projections, AND HAS MERRIMAN LISTED AS ONE OF BM'S KEY PLAYERS. So BM does not need him, but it's nice to have him? Is that a joke or what? A key player who is not needed?

And to think they'll be competing for the same District championship as a Williamsburg, Ferndale, a Saltsburg, a Claysburg...real fair for these teams and these communities.
