I didn't make this so it would become an argument, although I'm sure it will end up as one. The only thing I've really been paying attention to are the scores, but I was curious as to what kind of role they have Merriman playing? All I've heard was that he was sent home from practice before the season for being late (i think that's when it was) and then I heard his name on WJAC when he made a tackle. So, before everyone starts complaining about something pertaining to this, someone wanna answer?

Well as of maxpreps now he only has 2 carries for 14 yards or so, and is tied for 2nd I believe in total tackles for the team.

The new offense took the team the whole offseason to memorize, he's late to the party. He'll have it down come playoffs. He plays LB on D, of course he will have more tackles, thats how McCort's defense works.
