Central wins again. Now 4-0. Winning their first game on the road on friday. How far do you think these young dragons can go this year?

As a former player and student at Central, This Dragon team just keeps proving me wrong every week. I saw the game against Penns Valley and thought they could be in for another long season, but i suppose im wrong now. Indian Valley is a real solid football team and Central pretty much dominated them physically. Centrals D-Line is full of studs. I dont know if the schedule compares to what it was when they were in the LHAC, but im very impressed. Runk is one hell of an athlete not only running the ball, but catching out of the backfield, returning kicks, and playing D. I cannot wait to see what the rest of the year looks like for them after beating P-O @ P-O. Runk is only a sophomore and I dont think ive ever seen a senior back do the things hes done. Im waiting for the last game of the year when Central travels to Tyrone to renew that classic rivalry. Go Dragons.

Congrats for them, have come a long way since the LH days. Thats what hard work and dedication will do. Although, a few years back I remember they beat McCort in one of McCorts better years, anyone remember that or what season?

Central beat McCort in 2001. McCort went pretty deep into the playoffs that year. I think McCort's QB was Arcurio but I'm not sure.

Rumor has it some guys woke up a little bit hungover on gameday...

BTW that BM team went on to lose in the Western Final.

i remember that game. i was only a freshman. that was one of my best high school memories. they have come a long way since those days. good luck dragons

Wow, another convincing win for the Dragons over Huntingdon last night. Central plays back to back home games against 2 weaker teams in Lewistown and BEA the next 2 weeks and could easily be 7-0 when they travel to Clearfield in week 8 for what could be a huge game. This is definetly not the same Central team we saw in the LHAC...

I dont know what Tyrones record is, i should have looked it up before posting this, but how cool would it be on the last game of the regular season when Central travels to Tyrone on Tyrone's senior night, and caps off an undefeated season? Nobody expected them to do what they have done to this point. Zauzig of huntingdon was quoted in the mirror saying that he has never seen a running back break tackles like Runk. i remember huntingdon having some pretty good RB's in their day. what a statement.
