PSU WR depth issues (2009)
As many of you boneheads know, the top 3 WRs at PSU are all graduating, barring they decide to join The Doobie Brothers and try to get kicked out of college.
So next season, who is catching the passes? Well, Chris Bell was playing Highlander in the lunch room and got dismissed. That leaves Brackett, a tall and gangly white HS QB, as the number 1 receiver? With him is The Zuggernaut, whom we all know will have a huge career because he is the Zuggernaut. Who's number 3? Moye? Moye can't catch.
So all three WR's next season are white kids? By no means am I a racist, but... 3 WHITE WR'S?!?! Wow, we really are Penn State.
AJ Fields (freshman this year) probably will see a lot of action, and Chaz Powell will actually probably start. But behind them, who does PSU have? Well, two kids are committed right now. Brandon Felder, though, had his senior season cut short by a knee injury already. The other kid is Christian Kuntz, a white boy from Harrisburg.
It will get interesting, if nothing else.

TAE, why are you worrying about this so early? You are ranked 6th in the nation. That is so next year. I guess you don't have your next year's class as near finalized as my team. I wouldn't get too concerned, though, because Texas' best receiver is Jordan Shipley.

Is James McDonald a Sr. this year? I too have had questions about next years team, but my biggest concern has been losing key defensive players and o-line.
The recievers that will be there are obviously not going to be Norwood, Butler, and Williams...but then again what team in the nation can claim to have 3 recievers that good? I still think there will be enough there next year to at least take some of the pressure of the running backs.
