Re: FH vs. CC
Not sure but the coach definently had a great gameplan. I think the rangers should've stayed with the running game and they would've eventually grinded a tough one out. They were slowly starting to move the ball against CC before Mehall's fumble, then again before Glessner's 2nd INT, but the 2nd half they tried to pass almost every down and when they did run it was always the fullback. Also the game was a 15-0 game that got ugly late when glesners forced some throws. Credit CC on the huge win, but I'll take FH 8 or 9 times out of 10.

I would also take FH 8 times out of 10, but CC hasnt beaten FH that bad in who knows how long? maybe even never. maybe CC has finally got FH number.
Well let me tell you, nLions1 is a big time friend of Janek!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: FH vs. CC
Now people are going to say I am nuts by stating this but.......
By FH losing this game, now I am one that will say you should never hope to lose a game for playoff position, but with this loss it actually sets FH for what looks to be the best possible scenerio they could get. Central still sits at one while Tyrone now jumped to two FH sits at three and CC is at four. With the way I figure things I believe Central will lose 1 or 2 of its final games so they would move down to three or two. Setting the Rangers for the run to the TURF in Sidman without having to face either Tyrone nor CC.
Just some football strategy for thought......
P.S. If they play like they did on Friday night they will lose in the first round of the playoffs.

Re: FH vs. CC
speaking of the playoffs its 4 more weeks of great highschool football and wwwaaayyy to early to pick matchups going to need 7 wins to be securely in the mix you might slide in with 6 but i dont think so as for the cc fh game on that day cc was the better team it was the combination of home field advantage physed up fans(bleacher fan) and most important, motivated players in black 2 down 12 to go to even out the run fh had

@ least one fh fan does not have his head up his arse!lakersfan24 wrote:CC was definently much more prepared for this game than FH. Their gameplan was much more effective and their play calling too. .
Then again!!
Uhhh, fh had 11 yds rushing.....and way under 100 total for the game quit crying 'bout their kids throwin gatorade on the coach.....you got your arses beat; get over it, learn from it & move on!lakersfan24 wrote: the rangers should've stayed with the running game and they would've eventually grinded a tough one out. Re: FH vs. CC
Vman, they had 11 rushing yards because Glessner was sacked so many times. The running game was working, if you weren't at the game don't bother posting as we all know your posts are always cheap shots at Forest Hills. No one is crying, complaining, or making up insane conspiracies like you do.. we are simply analyzing the game. Credit was given to CC many times on their huge win, and the gatorade thing was brought up because it is week 6. Vman, your aunt may have 'nutz', but I'm not so sure about you.

Your qb was sacked "so many times', fh had less than 100 yds total, qb intercepted 4/5 times and yes I was there & saw CC repeatedly run the ball down fh's throat...... accept reality fh got their arses kicked & in desperation you resort to personal attacks....real classy kid!lakersfan24 wrote:Vman, they had 11 rushing yards because Glessner was sacked so many times. . Re: FH vs. CC
There's been times in the past where FH has played better in the playoffs when they have a regular season loss. It's a wake-up call. Either way, I wouldnt want to be at practice Tuesday.

Re: FH vs. CC
In desperation I resort to personal attacks? You started with the personal attacks, I simply brought up the gatorade dumping to back up my point that CC treated this game as a Championship game, while FH showed up like it was Cambria Heights. No one denied FH got handled by CC, so how am I not accepting reality? It's funny Vman every post you make you contribute nothing to the topic, you just quote portions of other people's posts and make sarcastic and idiotic comments. You, my friend, are the 'kid'!

Re: FH vs. CC
Tidbit of note: I was told this was FH's first loss to CC on CC's home field since 1990. The last year CC beat FH in Ebensburg was down at the old field by Appledale golf course & the tracks. Any Devils fans confirm this?
