Pryor was just a threat when he got the ball in his hands. He was guarenteed a score, or huge gain everytime they called his number. He had size as well, lets not forget he is 6'5 225 pounds, and runs a 4.4 forty. If you have size, and can score everytime you touch the ball, you are guarenteed D1.
Look at Larod Stephens-Howling however, he was a little guy, but his ability to make the play when they call his number is the reason why hes such a threat at a big time school like Pitt right now.
So what do we learn here children? Size doesnt matter. Speed, talent, and the ability to score are what makes a D1 player. This is skill position talking of course, lets not even get into linemen.
