Well of course its legal? If a kid that goes to OMOS doesnt know where he is going to school? McCort can absolutley try to convince them to go to school there. The thing is why waste your time going to a parochial school then bail and go a public school it makes as much sense to me as it does for a public school kid coming to McCort.....

Exactly Crimson Crazy...why wouldn't McCort be allowed to talk to "its own kids" about coming to McCort???!! They are "our kids!" Tell me this...is the head coach of Westmont, Richland, Johnstown, FH, CC, etc not allowed to talk to 8th graders at their middle schools about continuing on at the high school if the kid is on the fence about staying at that school or transferring to BM, BG, or BC? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it is the same thing.
