Who has the best JV team in District 6?

I saw the 2nd half of the Westmont vs JHS game and have to agree, they are a nice bunch. Scrappy might be the word. They play hard and seemed to be in the right place at the right time. I thought our pressure was going to pull it out for us at the end as they had a bit of trouble against the press. If the big kid from the Junior Highl last year plays the whole game it might be different too. I didnt get to see him play, but have heard he is tough and had a good aau summer. I guess he only plays half. Remember tho, JV is not the greatest indicator of varsity success. With the group of Freshman that we have, it will take some of the shine off that westy group perhaps next year.

I know what you mean with the good freshman but Westmont has some tough freshman of their own who will be stepping up next year. But as for this year's JV, Westmont has a really good team.

Amen brother! Now I've only seen them play twice this year, but they dominated their opponets. They are a very tall team, and they also have great quickness. The point guard is one of the best I've seen in basketball for quite some time.

JV level is not about wins and losses, it's about developing players for varsity basketball.

I think Westmont will win the JV district 6 title this year and win the states JV AA championships.
