They way PIAA sets up the District and State Playoffs you only need two good pitchers. So whoever has the best two man rotation will win districts. If the PIAA wanted to see who had the best team they would make all the district playoff games in one week so teams had to use more than 2 pitchers to make it through districts and states. The team that can weather a 4-5 games in a week would obviously be the best team. Also, the PIAA and D6 needs to keep the under .500 teams out of the playoffs. Therefore this question/topic is terrible.
