Minus 7.
So the Stillers are -7 with these jerkwad Cardinals. Is that the biggest spread for a SB you guys can remember? This msg sent on a cell phone from a bar, so if the format comes out all weird, sorry.

Re: Minus 7.
Last year wasn't New England like a 10 1/2 point favorite? Maybe more than that?

Is Arizona the first team ever in the Super Bowl with 7 losses?

Re: Minus 7.
I didnt think NE was 10 and a half favorites? They gave NE that kind of spread even though the NY defense was playing so well at the end of the year and post season?
Okay, so without last year, is it normal to have a SB spread that wide?

No, it's typically in the 3 1/2 range. I can't remember New England's last year. It shouldn't have been 10 1/2 since they already played the Giants and they gave them a really good game. However, I do think it was in that range. I really like Pittsburgh's chances of covering the 7 1/2 this year.

Re: Minus 7.
I recall in a mid-90s Super Bowl that the 49ers were like -13 over the Chargers. In the AFC Championship game that same year, the Steelers lost to the Chargers, I recall the line being Steelers by double digits, something like -11...
That was the year some STILLERZZZZ jerks like Greg Lloyd were recording rap songs a la Sugar Hill Gang about the Super Bowl the week before the AFC championship game...I guess they forgot to practice that week...
THANKS, BARRY FOSTER AND GREG LLOYD...Oh yeah, and Neil O'Donnell too!!!!!!!

Was the Steelers RB Bam Morris then? He was a good running back before he had some off the field trouble. The last time Bam was in the news was because of this quote on Michael Vick going to prison: "He's got to just stay to himself and swallow it. If you interact with everybody, eventually something's going to happen. Because everybody wanna try the football player."

Re: Minus 7.
They were both running backs that season. Bam got 22 carries in the Divisonal playoff game, then he only got two in the Conference championship.
