personally i liked MT as the head coach... but at the same time i understand the move. the pens have the top two scorers in the league, one of the best young goalies in the league, and a pretty good supporting cast. with those pieces in place, the pens shouldn't be struggling right now to be getting into a playoff position despite the injuries.
Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved.
